Adèle BASTIEN-THIRY

Adèle Bastien-Thiry trained as a historian, specializing in international relations. She is a graduate of the Sorbonne, Inalco, and Moscow State University (MGU).

Driven by a taste for languages, research, writing and transmission, she has explored a wide range of fields, from teaching to audiovisual, always with a view to understanding and helping others understand.
 

She is particularly keen to explore notions of culture, memory and narrative, and to draw on the past to shed light on the issues of the present.

Adele was first assistant director and author of numerous documentaries in the hit documentary series "Apocalypse."
