Outcome(s) is a collaborative experience that sits somewhere between a workshop, a game, and a lecture. In reality, it is a bit of all three!
This activity invites participants to take a fresh look at how they work together through a game featuring engaging stories and narrative puzzles they must try to solve.
Outcome(s) offers teams of managers or staff members the chance to collectively rethink the challenges they face in their daily professional lives, allowing them to view teamwork from a new, pragmatic perspective. It is about discovering the *real* conditions required for effective communication, collective thinking, and co-creation.
How it works
Working in teams, participants will face real-life scenarios in the fields of history, arts, sports, or culture.
These narratives center on a constraint or problem encountered by the story's protagonists. Each scenario is presented dynamically, building up to a cliffhanger, the moment when narrative tension reaches its peak. It is then time for each team to choose an outcome.
Using these inspiring stories provides an excellent way to draw concrete parallels with the participants' own daily challenges, offering everyone a unique opportunity to experience the value of collective thinking, all while having fun and enjoying a positive atmosphere.
