TRANSITION(S)

A cooperation workshop to speak about CSR differently

Co-creation Paradoxa & 47th Street

Pitch

This workshop-style presentation, designed with a distinctly playful approach, invites all participants to actively rethink the role of corporate sustainable responsibility within their organization.

Through a game featuring storytelling and narrative puzzles, the session encourages participants to take a fresh look at their ability to initiate or foster responsible practices that align with the company’s social responsibility goals.

And because serious issues don't have to mean a lack of good humor, Transition(s) was designed to combine educational rigor with a friendly, lighthearted atmosphere.

How it works

Working in teams, participants will face real-life (though lesser-known) scenarios from modern history that raise CSR-related issues (such as sustainability, health, and human rights).

These narratives present a CSR challenge encountered by the protagonists; participants must choose the most prudent "transition lever" from four proposed options.

The facilitator will debrief the most popular choices, ultimately revealing the actual outcome—and drawing a key educational lesson from it.

These inspiring stories serve as a springboard for drawing concrete parallels with the challenges participants and their teams face when addressing CSR issues.
